Clear steps from the start
1. Share your iPhone model, the issue and your preferred callback time.
2. Customer service will contact you with pricing and confirm the repair location and appointment.
3. Home visits cost EGP 250, paid before the technician leaves, in addition to the repair cost. Customer service will arrange payment with you.
Repair warranty depends on the fault and part and may be up to 6 months. We will confirm the duration before the repair.
