Saariy uses the information you provide—such as your name, phone number, delivery address, email, order details and customer-service messages—to fulfil orders, arrange repairs, answer requests and meet legal obligations. Repair requests may include your phone model, issue, area and preferred callback time. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or private phone contents through the repair form.
Our Shopify-powered website also processes device, browser, IP address, cookies and usage information to operate the store, remember preferences and cart contents, maintain security and understand site performance. Cookie and marketing choices are handled where applicable; you can also manage cookies through your browser, although this may affect store features.
Who receives information
Necessary information is shared with Shopify and service providers supporting hosting, delivery and customer service. Opening the repair request in WhatsApp transfers you to that service; the message reaches our team when you send it there. External services apply their own privacy policies. Shopify and its providers may process information outside Egypt.
