Using Saariy

Saariy sells phone accessories and provides iPhone repair services. Product prices are shown in Egyptian pounds. Review the model, selected option, quantity, product price and delivery charge before submitting an order. The checkout total shows the amount payable.

Orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable or an error affects your order, we contact you to agree a solution; we do not substitute a different model or change the agreed price without your consent.

Payment and delivery

Product orders use cash on delivery within Egypt. Delivery charges appear before order confirmation. Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation; statutory cancellation and return rights remain available.

Repairs

A callback request is not a confirmed repair booking. Customer service confirms the fault assessment, price, service location and appointment before work. A home visit costs EGP 250 separately from repairs and is paid before the technician departs, using a method arranged with customer service. Repair warranty depends on the fault and part, up to 6 months, and is explained before service.

Your rights

These terms do not exclude rights under Egyptian law. Our returns, shipping, privacy and warranty policies form part of the information supplied with your purchase. Changes to published terms apply prospectively and do not reduce rights under an existing order.
