Saariy product warranty

All products include a 3-month Saariy warranty from receipt. Contact us with your purchase details and a description of the fault so we can arrange inspection and the applicable remedy.

This store warranty is additional to your statutory rights. It does not shorten rights for defective or non-conforming goods, or any longer mandatory warranty, including the minimum statutory warranty for goods legally classified as durable goods where applicable.

Damage caused by misuse is assessed according to its cause; no blanket exclusion overrides a manufacturing-defect claim or legal right. Any charge for work outside warranty must be explained and agreed before work begins.

Repair-service warranty

iPhone repair warranty is separate: it depends on the fault and part and may be up to 6 months. Customer service explains the duration and coverage before the repair.
